Women's Institute at Castle Carrock

Castle Carrock WI was formed in 1919. We have 20 members all younger than our WI! We enjoy a varied programme of events and join in special WI events and visits to other WIs throughout the year.

We meet in The Watson Institute on the 1st Tuesday of every month except in August.

Our programme of events for 2011 included talks on Fire Prevention, The Silk Road to Samarkand, tales of a Private Investigator, a guided walk of Brampton and our annual Birthday gathering in June.

We have visitors from other WIs and the local community twice a year to special event nights which enable us to get to know our peers.

We are a friendly bunch and welcome new members into the fold and look forward to seeing you if you'd like to join us.
